The NTCI Foundation's database of over 8,000 NT alumni is maintained for distributing the annual newsletter and to help keep us all in touch by email for events such as class reunions and special functions such as Maytime Melodies and NTCI's 100th Anniversary Reunion. In order to protect the privacy of our alumni we do not release or sell database information. But the Foundation is prepared to send emails, on behalf of NT graduates or staff, to specified subgroups from the alumni database (such as a particular class year) or to all grads for whom we have email addresses (currently 4,000+), announcing planned NT events, specifying that responses are to be sent to the group or individual originating the message.
Email us at ntcifoundation@ntci.on.ca if you wish to use this service, giving us your name and year of graduation or other connection with NTCI, the message you'd like us to send, and the group or sub-group of NT alumni you wish us to send the email to. Following an internal vetting process by the Foundation, we will respond, generally within a week or two, indicating whether we can send the email as is, or possibly suggesting revisions to the message reflecting the Foundation's obligations to its members. Please note that the Foundation's database lists only those graduates who have provided their coordinates and related information: it is therefore not a complete record of all living NTCI alumni.
